			Was materially caused by [[Command-East (Second)\|Second-who-was]], who wanted an Empire of his own; he convinced [[Usurper\|Logistics-East]] to usurp the throne, and manipulated him into kicking off a war with the Alliance... and then incited it prematurely as cover for the departure of his rebellion fleet. That left the Usurper to deal with the return of the Emperor at the throneworld.
