Biography
The second D-per to be developed, launched in 375 BA after 25 years of development time. Decided to stay in Fleet as an assistant to the admiralty after his emancipation from code-debt. Seems to enjoy teasing Maia. Friends with Troy, Maia, and (as much as is possible), Arete.
