Born in 72 BA. The first Naysha to sit on the Alliance Council, Dar served as the Chair during the years 130-141 (2601-2611), which I will guess he was around 58 years old. As such, he helped negotiate the [[Rapprochement]] with humanity at the end of his tenure (140 BA). Some say the Rapprochement would have gone differently had the Chair been held by a Pelted species less disposed to benevolence toward the human race; the Naysha remembered [[List of Minor or Background Characters |Selena]] and her relationship with [[Joseph Shandlin]] as their foremost interaction with humanity, which gave them a different perspective. | |||
