Fleet's HQ in orbit over Selnor.
Has a wing for hosting visiting dignitaries. "Sumptuous with dark blue carpeting and golden wainscoting." Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, are paneled in dark wood and thrown with intricately woven carpets and sleek furniture.
