That alt keyboard trick only sometimes works. Alternately, at great hassle, you can load a different keyboard in, hit the omlatted O, and load the std keyboard back in. | |||
Again, thanks for your effort. I have had this fail using Windows based systems, but it might have been a long ago,or using something other than the Windows app. I have tried this trick twice now without any result. So it does not work in all windows apps. | |||

An alternative to ö when you can't type that is to write it as "oe": Goedel. That alt keyboard trick only sometimes works. Alternately, at great hassle, you can load a different keyboard in, hit the omlatted O, and load the std keyboard back in.
