1st generation to 2nd generation: From the original founder's match (Ananaia and Lamerul), was born Rioleth Sera; Ananaia died giving birth to him. Lamerul then married Gaelira Mina (which moved the House leadership from Sera to Mina). Gaelira's first children were Ianodel Mina (m), Aenarul Mina (f), and Sylfani... who was born a Mina but founded the family of Sarel.

2nd generation to 3rd: Aenarul Mina married Caelian Ileth Jisiensire, and their first child was Araelis Mina.

Sylfani Sarel married Theval Jesa Galare and had Hirianthial and Baniel.

Rioleth, meanwhile, married Nessalya Halin Jisiensire, and their daughter was Fasianyl, called Sera Jisiensire at her come-out, and then Mina Jisiensire after the Sera family died out.

History

The Jisienisire House has always enjoyed a rare closeness with the royal House.

The Razing of Jisiensire

During the coup, Surela sent Athanesin (at his request) to Jisiensire province to secure their allegiance. Athanesin, unable to coerce Ceredan (holding the province in his wife's absence) to bend the knee, put Jisiensire to the torch, destroying the manor. Araelis says to Surela: "You sent your pet monster to the task and he did well enough. Do you think I would not put the blame on your shoulders? Particularly since he used the Pads your pirate friends brought with them? You ordered them slaughtered like kine! Every one of them! They’ve fired even the tenants’ cottages!"

And later, about the house: "My own baby’s father dead in the fire-gutted estate that has housed Jisiensire since the end of Jerisa’s reign."

No survivors were found at the Jisiensire country seat, or at the two villages razed by Athanesin. Some survivors are implied later when Hirianthial reports to Liolesa.

For his crime, Liolesa sentenced Athanesin to death, and Hirianthial carried it out.

Customs

• On Lady's Day, the head of Jisiensire gives the tenants a horseshoe, symbolic of wealth in the coming year.

Assets

Like most Houses (particularly those allied with the ruling House), Jisiensire keeps jewels in Ontine's vaults. "More than expected" were saved from the fires this way, including the Dolorith opal, which was gifted by Hirianthial to Reese, with Araelis's approval (after the fact, admittedly, but "it was his to give," according to Liolesa).
