Asanii

Biology

The Asanii are a Pelted race that developed during Exodus, based mainly on their physical, political, and career-based characteristics. Those who became Asanii were the taller (often over 5'7") and more humanoid-appearing Karaka'A. Asanii are often born without fur, though may carry domestic cat pelt patterns in their skin. They have five fingers on each hand and five toes per plantigrade foot, each with nails rather than claws. They tend to have flat faces or demi-muzzles and generally have dull teeth like humans. They have feline tails.

The Asanii have significant issues reproducing without scientific assistance.

Politics

Generally, the Asanii want to remember how they were created and honor that history, rather than focus on the elements of that history such as their initial enslavement. They are highly adaptable and are found everywhere in the Alliance, in all types of environments and jobs.

Religion

The Asanii religion emphasizes the polarities of life and the ability to move between them. The concept of the sun and moon plays strongly in this.
