It is 11 days (normally 16 but the TMS Earthrise's engines were retrofitted 6 years ago) from Starbase Fos to Inu-Case (through Sector Epta and most of Sector Andeka). [1]
The nearest starbase to Inu-case is Kappa, normally 6 hours away, but the TMS Earthrise does it in 4 hours by redlining the Well drive the whole way. [1]
