Seersa woman who established Fleet.
Appearance and Personality
Bi-color: dark gray and white, with brown eyes. Typical Seersa build (short, digitigrade, Nominal Body Type A).
Very calm. Analytical and intelligent. Extremely good at chess. Spoke little, listened much, did most.
Biography
A complex woman who successfully navigated the conflicting and difficult waters of the early Alliance and its see-sawing between paranoia ("Make the Fleet big and fill it with warships! Go back, attack Earth! No, hide from Earth but make sure we can kill them if they show up!") and pollyana optimism ("We don't need weapons! No one will find us!"). She was the one who saw (and wrote in her private journals) that exploring as much of the galaxy as quickly as possible was one of the best defensive strategies they could invest in, because it would allow them to spread their population too widely for a single-system nation to attack them.
