The Hinichi who served as the Kesh's assistant on Kerayle in the novel Rose Point.
Appearance and Personality
His coat was an awkward patchwork of ginger and red and gray; his eyes a brown unremarkable in color, but comfortable, and comforting. In build, lanky, and probably stronger than he looked, but he didn’t move with the grace of an Eldritch or the power and confidence of the typical Hinichi male.
He was… just a man. An average-looking man, unthreatening.[1]
Biography
We first see him during Rose Point, on Kerayle, where he says he ended up because he wanted some time away from Alliance culture, so he could just be himself, rather than part of some group -- "the token Christian, the token Pelted, the token loyal, honorable and stoic wolfine." (He admits, though, that he's still all of those things.) [2] He was injured when the Rekesh's raiding party stole Hirianthial and the stallion Kumiss.
