Historical figure. Scientist. Primary maker of the Pelted on Earth. (Which Pelted and humans both now call Terra.)

It was generally considered that his designs reliably worked. The Naysha were a passion project for him, though not one that he could see to fruition; that was done later, when creation of Pelted became a commercial rather than governmental project. He was, however, finally able to meet one of the Naysha: a female pod leader named Selena, who elected to remain on Terra with him rather than leave on the Exodus.
