Was one of the Council Chairs of the Alliance, and an ambassador.

Physical Characteristics

Countershaded like an orca, midnight blue (can be mistaken for black) and white, with a line of dots down his sides in fluorescent blue. Bright blue eyes. Large for a Naysha.

Biography

The first Naysha to sit on the Alliance Council, Dar served as the Chair during the years 130-141 (2601-2611). As such, he helped negotiate the Rapprochement with humanity at the end of his tenure (140 BA). Some say the Rapprochement would have gone differently had the Chair been held by a Pelted species less disposed to benevolence toward the human race; the Naysha remembered Selena and her relationship with Joseph Shandlin as their foremost interaction with humanity, which gave them a different perspective.

He lives on Selnor in the city of Heliocentrus, in a Shandlin Plan house on the coast.
