The charity Sediryl was on the board of. Run by Mildred Meriville. They have organized and run "several large relief efforts on the border."[1]

A local charity, to Starbase Ana.[2] Described as a "border charity," suggesting that most of the work they do is at the edges of the Alliance.[3]
Activities
Interestingly, the children raising money for WGC mention that "donations are anonymous," which suggests that the givers aren't known to the organization.[2] See Nieve's Girls
