Third-Who-Was
Previous holder of the chatcaavan title of Third. The Emperor's left hand, where Second is his right. Known to have a penchant for cruelty and skilled at slave catching.[1]
Physical Appearance
"Not quite brown nor not quite gray, but some sickly in-between", glossy mane, red, new blood colored eyes[1]

Biography
"Everything about him screamed his low upbringing. He'd been born to a noble family from some other world, a son of kings, and still he managed to give off the air that he hadn't a solid bone in his body." [1]
Third and his Hand were responsible for capturing Bethsaida Emil Galare and her Malarai and Tam-illee companions. As a reward, the Emperor gave them use of the Imperial Harem, with the permission to kill one of his females there, Flower.[1]
Third first met Lisinthir Nase Galare when his transport ship rendezvoused with the shuttle carrying Lisinthir out of Alliance space. He was surprised at Lisinthir's rejection of the bordello-like room on the transport, but did transfer him to more austere quarters.[1]
During the slave escape planned by Lisinthir Nase Galare and the Slave Queen, Third was distracted by Moon and Black Rose in the bathing room of the Queen's suite, rather than guarding the landing pad as ordered.[1]
