Physical Characteristics

Countershaded like an orca, midnight blue (can be mistaken for black) and white, with a line of dots down his sides in fluorescent blue. Bright blue eyes. Large for a Naysha.

Biography

Served as the Chair of the Alliance council during the years 130-141 (2601-2611). As such, helped negotiate the Rapprochement with humanity at the end of his tenure (140 BA). Some say the Rapprochement would have gone differently had the Chair been held by a Pelted species less disposed to fairness with the human race; the Naysha, however, remembered Selena and her relationship with Joseph Shandlin as their foremost interaction with humanity.
