Biography

Captain of the UAV Quicklance, a Fleet courier with a crew of 20. Raynor was part of the Terran Space Navy who transferred to the Fleet in the hopes of encouraging it to a more active stance against the ‎Chatcaava‎ns.

Jahir remembers his given name as Max . Jahir and Sediryl's son Raenor is named for Captain Raynor.
