Joy
The first experiment on Earth.
Appearance and Personality
Joy's vulpine DNA was primarily supplied by the kit fox, so she was a petite, sandy-colored individual with larger-than-average ears and brown eyes.
Biography
The very first surviving, sapient human-animal engineered creature, pre-cursor to the future Pelted races. Joy was a foxish biped, developed by Joseph Shandlin; she was "more fox than human," with a mind that never developed beyond that of a three-year-old child.[1]
Legacy
Some Seersa and Karaka'A claim a lineage that traces back to Joy or Holly.[2] Sydnie Unfound elected to study on Terra due to her fascination with pre-Accord proto-Pelted such as Joy.[3]
Joy is featured in one of the Opus Posters.[4]
