Restaurant on Starbase Omicron that Jahir and Vasiht'h go to on their first night on Starbase Omicron while waiting for the military contractors they are transporting to Escutcheon.
Jahir picked it because it was the best restaurant in town and had the "most... illuminating... reviews."[1]
It is on top of a skyscraper and has a silently revolving deck that showcases a view of the entire city-sphere as well as the spindle bedecked with lights. It looks like "one of those places that serves microscopic amounts of food for exorbitant prices."[1] But the food is good, simple and delicious.
The waitstaff dress in formal clothes, but act like they are serving food at a diner "where people knew your names and your favorites and wanted to know how your family was doing."[1]
After several failed restaurants at the location, the current chef bought it with money she'd gotten from an inheritance she hadn't expected. She had wanted to open a restaurant, concentrating on domestic foods made with love from the freshest ingredients, in a park or in a rural-looking area. When the opportunity arose to buy the restaurant, she did, because she thought it was "criminal to have this restaurant running so badly for so long."[1]
Vasiht'h buys a cheesecake for the Glaseah on board the ship.
