Discover Class Corvette

The smallest active Fleet ship type.

Use

Corvettes are considered too small for most Fleet duties, so the majority of them are assigned to other arms (FIA, First Voice, etc). Fleet's ship design bureau initially designed the Concord corvette for First Voice's use, but its size made it inappropriate for most FV uses. The Discover is the only modern corvette design still in production.
