Biography

The priestess who had received Vasiht'h's original request for siv't on Escutcheon; at that time, she'd been ordained for seven years, and is "older than [she] looks." When Vasiht'h made his initial request, she laughed and asked him to be serious about where he wanted the new siv't. She was selected with Brovdeht'h to head up the new temple on Escutcheon, and is the senior female priestess (to his senior male).

Back in the early 00's I drew the female priestess I decided had donated the other half of the genetic material for Vasiht'h's children; that was before I'd decided that this process was anonymized (and scrambled, to make it hard to pin down any one person as the priestly donor). The image stuck, though, because it's obvious re-reading Heartskein that I took my mental image of Kahvti from this picture... and it is supposed to be a picture of a priestess, so I'll roll with it!
