A Harat-Shar member of Gledig's Secessionists, and one of Dylan Brushnie's seconds, along with Langorn.

Physical Characteristics

A dark Harat-Shar pard, with dark brows and salt-white eyelids and tail. Very much predatory tension.

Recent History

Perisse is one of Dylan Brushnie's trusted seconds on the Secessionist cause on Gledig. Though he expresses disdain at the belated arrival of a Fleet ship around Gledig, he is less virulently anti-Fleet than many of his fellows.

Perisse was in charge of making up Dylan to look unrecognizable at the Governor's party. After the attack and the bombing on the mansion, Perisse helped maintain their cover by ending up in bed with one of the household maids (herself an ally of the Secessionists), so that his compatriots could hide in the room.

Perisse performed the background check revealing who Svetlana Karishenikov was, and speculated initially that Dylan was romantically or sexually interested in her. He was not, however, privy to Langorn's instruction for Gavin Medearin to kidnap and torture Svetlana, and did not approve.

Perisse survived the collapse of the Pro-Accord base on the Secessionist troops, and was chosen by Dylan to round up and evacuate surviving Secessionists while Dylan took on the pirates.
