Clovellan

City-sphere

• Clovellan - the town immediately adjacent to the civilian port passthrough, built into a cliff on one side of a bay. The port passthrough leads onto a bridge over a waterfall that bisects the city. The residents call the center of town, below the cliffs, "the Cup."
• The Arcade - "a permanent market carved into the cliffs along their edges, overlooking the city or the bay, with high stone arches and glass walls and stores, restaurants, and what appeared to be dwellings lining the inner walls."
• Vendors: Pardeen's, a chain bookseller, which "may be found by walking down Tassel to Freiyet. Make a left and continue to Dormanne. Pardeen’s Books will be on the right, at the intersection."

On the other side of the starbase from the city-sphere. "They do research, and farm, and fish, and there are some big islands and platforms."
