Biography

Helps the Queen maintain her fleet, was stationed on the moon at the observation post when Reese first arrives to Escutcheon. Originally one of the Queen's Tams, but resigned to become a member of Laisrathera, with a land grant, and brought her extended family with her. Now part of Laisrathera's Office of Development.
