The races and species of the galaxy are divided into three basic categories:
Humanoids
- Humans, Terra's native intelligent species, who originated many of the other known species, including (consciously) the Pelted, and (unknowingly) the Eldritch
- Eldritch, a group of humans who split off to colonize another world and perform some significant engineering on themselves
Pelted
Races initially genetically engineered by humans on Terra, who fled earth in the Exodus.
