Helps the Queen maintain her fleet, was stationed on the moon at the observation post when Reese first arrives to Escutcheon.[2] Originally one of the Queen's Tams, but resigned to become a member of Laisrathera, with a land grant, and brought her extended family with her. [3] Now part of Laisrathera's Office of Development.
