A ceremonial reprise of the initial induction of the Phoenix into the Alliance, held every twenty-five years on Phoenix-Nest. By tradition, as much is kept the same as the original ceremony as possible: the Alliance ambassador is a Seersa like the first ambassador to the Phoenix, and while Pads are normally used for non-flying races to get around on Phoenix-Nest, the delegation uses the original lines to ascend and descend.^[1]
