• Brain-wave security technology: provide an input (an image or sound) and match the user's brain waves to the recorded brain waves, creating a unique response "fingerprint"
  • Projectors: allow someone to record and replay another set of brainwave responses. Small enough to sit on a lap, becomes warm and vibrates when in use.
  • Dampeners: allows someone to dampen their own brainwave response
• Decryption box: Automatically decrypts encryptions, given enough time
• Telegems:
  • Can be activated by flicking an ear (for species with flickable ears)
  • May be useful in situations where general communication systems are compromised or blocked, as they can be "kept local."

• Meredium, an extremely expensive white metal, comparable in price to breathnache. Meredium is combined with gold in an alloy called "ice gold," of which Alysha Forrest's earrings are made.
• Info-stops: appear to be something like a combination tourist bureau and public Internet kiosk. Come with privacy shields.
