Chatcaavan alert lights are yellow-green and waist height.
Communications
- call their network 'the skein'
- when sending messages to someone on an active duty ship, either the message would be received by a person's messaging system, or the ship takes the message for them. Not connecting at all shouldn't be possible. [1]
