Recent History
At some point prior to Sword of the Alliance, Medearin was responsible for a prison break-out of Secessionists that resulted in a number of deaths.[1] He then bombed the governor's mansion when the Fleet entourage led by Alysha Forrest was visiting;[2] he also took Governor Kerenkev hostage at that time.[1] He later attacked a lunch Dylan Brushnie was having with Svetlana Karishenikov and Taylitha Basil, despite having been (hypothetically) ordered to stop such actions.[3] Unbeknownst to Dylan, Medearin had been operating under the direction of Langorn.[4]
