Fleet Manual

Contains the rules and regulations used to administrate Fleet. Has an additional section added post-human-joining, and all those rules are prefixed by "Terra."

This overhaul of the original Fleet Manual now includes a human-inspired Uniform Code of Justice, which the prior Pelted-written original didn't. "...and while the Pelted had insisted on massaging it, the results still complicated the pre-existing method of dealing with offenses. Which had often been arbitrary, since the Pelted had treated military crime the way they'd treated civilian crimes."

The overhaul also instated fraternization rules.

Many of the changes related to war, a set of changes that Fleet personnel have mixed feelings about.
