Harroway Sloan was Matthew Brighthaven's second at Fleet Academe, and betrayed him.

Physical Characteristics

Sloan is an Asanii man, colored rusty brown with muddy cream running from his chin down his chest. His eyes are a shrewd, pale brown, and his face is handsome and mobile. Sloan is young for his rank.

Recent History

Sloan served as Brighthaven's second at Fleet Academe, while simultaneously working as an agent for the Anti-Human League. When Brighthaven discovered Alysha Forrest's abuse at Phantasies and trusted Sloan to help him relieve her suffering, Sloan instead further raped and abused Forrest, ultimately planning her death. Alastar Virgil and Laelkii Takara Lifeweave discovered his plan and found proof of it, permitting Brighthaven to save Alysha from murder and initiating Sloan's ultimate, public fall from grace and prosecution.
