History

Family

Comes from the "civilized" part of Ciracaa, in his words.

Recent History

Student of natural and environmental sciences, which he hopes to bring to the still-mostly-unsettled Ciracaa at Seersana University. After graduating with a master's level education from Seersana U, he returned to Ciracaa on a two-year grant to study his own people. He returned to work on a doctorate in anthropology, having become fascinated with the interaction between the culture and the environment while studying there.

• When tipsy, he "...could sing, and did, and often interrupted himself to make some witty remark..."
• Speaks Universal with a distinct dialect, but one that is closer to standard Universal than that of nomadic Ciracaana.
