Owen is a human man, lithe of build with a bass rumble of a voice, and dark eyes.

Recent History

Owen was a member of the Pro-Accord faction on Gledig at the time of Sword of the Alliance. He was deeply suspicious of Svetlana Karishenikov when she joined, despite her cousin Carey's endorsement and the initial plan that he would serve as her second. He was extremely critical of how privileged and "comfortable" she was, and persistently shot her down until she confronted him and fought him hand-to-hand, ultimately defeating him. She later learned that Owen was "notoriously prickly, and more tolerated than liked," and so her direct challenge served her better than it hurt her.

Owen was present for the destruction of the Pro-Accord base, and for Svetlana Karishenikov's acknowledgement that she had revealed its location under torture. He was also present at the funereal services for victims of the civil war and the pirates at the end of the crisis.
