Tiell is the owner and manager of the Phantasies night club and brothel.

Tiell is an Asanii man thin to the point of gauntness, with hollowed cheeks and a persistent look of sly anger.[1]
Recent History
Tiell owns Phantasies, a technically legal nightclubt that becomes the unlicensed and illege strip club and brother "Find Your Phantasies" late at night. In this capacity, he arranges for the exploitation and abuse of his employees, selling not only sex with them but the right to beat them, and doing so punitively and without permission of those employees. He hired Alysha Forrest to dance under the name "Steel," after auditioning her and then raping her[1], and, when she later fought back against abusive customers, had her declawed.[2] Alysha later threatened Tiell with death if he ever sent anyone to hurt her again.[3]
