Biography

According to her official biography, she lives at home with her loving family and two pets, having retired from a life of adventure to become a domestic goddess. Most of her books involve romances between Eldritch and Pelted and also involve a great deal of fainting and/or swooning. Per Vasiht'h, 'Rexina Regina' is obviously a pen name.

• Sehvi sent Vasiht'h Healed by Her Immortal Heart, for reasons of her own:

“What I’m sure of is that you have just as idealized a picture of an Eldritch in your head as Rexina Regina,” Sehvi said. “And that’s why I sent you that book.”

Vasiht’h’s ears flicked back. “You did not send me that book to make a point about my preconceptions about Eldritch. You sent that book to torment me.”

“I sent that book to make you laugh! And also to make you think about your preconceptions about Eldritch.” She shook her head. “It’s not just you, ariihir. We all have romantic concepts of love that get bruised up when we finally stumble into a relationship we want to keep.”

• Sarda, Nineh, Kovrah, Kavila, Mandara, Tavyi, Sehvi, and of course Vasiht'h all read at least Healed by Her Immortal Heart; the girls made margin comments to each other.
• Vasiht'h ultimately owns (at least) nine of her novels, because "she grew on [him]," and continues to read them in secret so Sehvi won't twit him about it.
• Kahvti also owns a shelf of Rexina Regina novels.

  • Protagonists are Thaddeus, a Tam-illee, and Alana, an Eldritch who mostly just gets called "the sweet maiden" and "the gentle goddess." The two both (separately) really want children, fall in love, she becomes implausibly pregnant but miscarries, and they adopt instead.
