Physical Characteristics
Rispa is an adolescent or pre-adolescent Tam-illee, with a lush, snowy-white pelt and pale-lemon hair in spiral curls, and gray eyes.[1]
Background
Rispa grew up in Phantasies, with her mother, a prostitute who worked there. She was often brought in to "watch" her mother with clients. After her mother's death, Tiell kept her on without pay, arguing that she was was of no value to him until she was old enough to be "of use" and should be grateful for room and board. Alysha Forrest gave her a pair of earrings to pawn for money to join her remaining living family, an aunt.[2]
Rispa was named after the Seersan Mist Sister of the same name.[1]
